FATAL. I do not take it personally, this man (Angel), it is so. I have gone to change some coins, and he has only changed the two euros because afterwards I already had the scale occupied with those coins .... he gave me small bills because he did not have 50, and while writing my claim, he gave 500 to another customer in bills of 50. When I asked for the sheet, he asked me to return the bills that I had already exchanged, and he told me that he did not give me the sheet (that his colleague had to pick up from the front from their noses) because the director, although at first she was interested in the problem, when I insisted on leaving the complaint in writing, she has entered the office to make a personal call; until finally I was attended by the only employee who was busy, thanks Esther, very kind. I do not publish the photos of the 50 euro bills in the hands of this man, the office is empty, and this man is emptying the scale for another client; but I hope Caja Rural requests them.
