The guy at the counter was not nice. He did not want to help me even though i am customer there, propose no solutions, it is because of people like him that the economy of this country is bad. Shame on you. Worst bank in Spain. I went to the other agency and they helped me in 10 sec.
Don't chose this bank, the guy in the lobby is very mean and will not help you even if you are a customer
You should go to the other bbva, the guy in that one are not helpful.
