They are nothing professional. I passed them information to change the account number to charge the community fees and they kept on passing the charge to the previous one. I asked them to please return the charge to the person and they told me without a problem. To this day, nothing at all and not only did not do it but I discovered that they had also loaded it on me. If you are looking for a property manager ... this is not the one I would recommend.
