I bank with BBVA. When I had to pay for my Residencia I chose to pay at my own bank.nnI waited in line whilst the teller had a good chin wag with a regular customer. It was obvious that I was in a hurry, but the teller didn't care.nnWhen it was, finally, my turn, the teller's demeanour completely changed. He was cold, unfriendly, u helpful, slow and rude. He filled out the forms incorrectly and was completely unprofessional.nnI also spotted that the charges I have to pay had just been spent on unnecessary rebranding of the bank.nnI am changing banks today.

Tengo que esperar mas que una hora para solicitar una cita... Creo que los numeros son igual...the employees are sitting there and playing with their smartphones or prefer serving their friends and acquaintances instead of following the order of the numbers.... You will loose new customers this way...

How can you take like about 15 calls in one morning to the phone in the Plaza de Alfonso XII and no one has deigned to pick up the phone (it sounds like it rings…). I show up at the bank and to my surprise there is only 1 person making arrangements for all the workers they have. It is very unfortunate ...

Fatal ...nI make an appointment up to 2 times, phone over the internet, and we don't call ...nI've been calling more than 30 times, on different days, and nothing ....nVery bad service
