Disorganised. Also, the Bank not quite secure enough with today's internet thieves. We NEVER use our cards so impossible to clone but the bank said a computer game console had been purchased in Germany via an on-line transaction using a card. Either an internal problem or super clever thieves.

No chairs to sit when you wait.

They are sooo slow, there are few chairs to sit for the elderly and the phone does not work, so if or if you have to go to the sub for any questions or queries.
