I feel disappointed with this company as a supplier of the built-in kitchens for a promotion of villas from the developer Cantabria Verde SL and built by Burcan SL. I am paying for a kitchen that was included in the price, although at the moment of truth you had to pay pasta if you wanted something a little decent. We have been paid for 4 months, the delivery of the house should have been made before December 20, 2020 and the electrical appliances are not yet installed, nor the hob, hood or some furniture. In the installation of the pipes and drains also a mistake was made. Without consulting us, you made a unilateral decision and supposedly against the memory of qualities to be able to install the kitchen according to design. It is supposed that it has been fixed and I know that you have shown your face, but I would not recommend at this moment Cocinas Soinco, much less Cantabria Verde SL or Burcan S. L.

I would definitely put the kitchen back a thousand times with them. Attention 10 from the first minute; ideas, materials, always looking for the ideal and cheapest solution. But the big surprise has been the after-sales service, when some time later we have changed the washing machine and had to make some small modifications. True professionals who care about real customer satisfaction not just about selling and neglecting. My recommendation is 100%
