We have come at 11:05 a.m. to pay a traffic fine, placing ourselves in the queue respecting the turn on the street, after waiting more than 45 minutes to be able to enter the branch they tell me that they no longer serve at the cash register, with little education and professionalism and ignoring me. Outside the branch there is no sign indicating that the box closes at 11:00 a.m. Thus, no user is served and of course future clients are not achieved.
