I was there this morning for a topic that I did not understand and Rosa attended to me. Very cordial and informed me perfectly. A 10 for Rosa.

They do little and the workers want to do less, my mother, an older woman comes to ask for help with a payment from the ATM, which is done in a moment and they send her to make an appointment, for not explaining how it works, and it is not the first treatment received like this, with the entity as a bank no problem, but the workers of this establishment are unpresentable, then when they change them for ATMs they throw their hands into their heads.
