Terrible attention in the office. They do not answer by phone, you can call for two hours that they do not take it
No type of telephone service is so necessary in these days of confinement to avoid unnecessary travel to the elderly or children. I have been calling for two hours (9:00 to 11:00) and it is not that I communicate, that the line is collapsed, no. They just DON'T get it.
They never pick up the phone. The attention is very bad.
