Very bad experience. The one that attends is quite nice but then the account conditions change without warning and the problem is that after you have to be pending so that they do not charge you more commissions in the office nobody knows anything, they tell you that they are going to look at it ... we can wait ...nI personally do not create any confidence.
If you have a problem, forget it, nothing is linked to the customer. As long as things are going well, as soon as you ask them to cancel any undue charges, they review a commission, etc. etc. they pass the ball from one to the other and neither solves anything. Very nice some, but not very useful service. I'm sorry to write this, because it was a bank that worked well before, but now it's na de na .. and this office in Cantueña de Fuenlabrada is fatal!
