Hotel Mont-Roig

The hotel is runt by a lovely family, pretty wide room, very clean and tidy. Free coffee/hot chocolate/tea the day long and sales in the family's bar, 100m far. The price doesn't totally reflects what you receive, it could be higher but thankfully it isn't. If I'll be around again, surely I'll stop here.

Just inside for a cuestión of where a place was. Very kind and helpfull.

When we arrived at the hotel there was no one who could assist us, we had to call by phone so that they would come to open us up and attend us once we were settled. Third floor was a terrace that you cannot enjoy because it is very dirty and the owners use it to hang the clothes they wash from the hotel when they get to the room and enter it was a room of 5 square meters without a balcony with little ventilation a television of 10 inches that to see it you need glasses a shower tray that you could not move to shower very small the room very clean mattress makes a lot of noise the hotel is not soundproof at all you hear everything that is said in all the rooms the snoring of the other guests and yes the lady who lives puts the washing machine my room was also listening to the road and you could not sleep because cars pass constantly and it is impossible to sleep me and my partner we reserve the room and we are smokers and it did not specify anywhere that it was not possible to smoke we smoked at the window with the whole body out and the next day the hotel owner spoke to us with arrogance and rudeness instead of saying the right things that we did not know anything so he already put signs all over the hotel that you could not smoke which we already went down to the street all the time since on the hotel terrace it says that we can enjoy it neither did she let us smoke there is no bar service said lady offers you her bar which does not look good at all me and my partner from our experience we do not recommend it to anyone
