Recommended at 100 /. I would sell an apartment with them again without a doubt. The treatment and attention from both María and Alejandro was personalized and they were aware of everything at all times, making the whole process much easier and less stressful. Thanks for everything!

A real estate shame, they seem very nice but behind they stick your sword. When they buy they tell you a few things and when the bills arrive they are totally different (supposedly the water was included in the community and of course it is included, but on the bill, we are going to pay community on the one hand and water on the other but on the same bill). When you have already made the signal they tell you that there are things that have broken, such as the air conditioning. You try to get in touch with them and they go through literally everything, of course, since they have already collected their fees, they do not care.nVery careful, they are young people and they seem nice and they take advantage of that.

Be careful when buying a property with them. All very nice until you realize that they have omitted important information, that although it does not affect the down payment contract that is made at the beginning, yes that would have conditioned the purchase to a large extent. Ask neighbors for possible events in the property and do not trust their good work, since in the end they are printed and they only look in their pocket. I give them a star because it is not possible to give them less ...
