I do not usually score in this way but this is almost unfortunate, on June 2 they gave me an appointment to renew my card in Alcorcón since the one in Las Rozas was closed (I understand it, it is not a problem) when I arrive I meet a staff without blood and with what seems very little desire to work .. After doing the psychotechnic they tell me that in two weeks maximum I receive the card at my home, I can understand that they are delayed 1 more week but .. 3 MONTHS ???? During that period I have been calling to ask and request some kind of help, which I find with phrases like: oh well, I don't know .. Ask in the post office to see if they have it, we can't do anything .. You still have time until you the provisional permit expires (less than 10 days after it expires) .. Solution stop by the Las Rozas offices to sign some papers that they do not know when they will have it either ..nCONCLUSION:nnIF YOU ARE GOING TO CHARGE SOMETHING WITH HIGH PRICES UNLESS THE PERMISSION ARRIVES ON TIME, HAVE GOOD ATTENTION AND RESOLUTION OF PROBLEMS OR INCIDENTS .. TO COLLECT EVERYTHING VERY QUICKLY BUT TO GIVE A QUALITY SERVICE OR A BAD SOLUTION, WE GO ..

The girls at the reception were friendly. I requested an appointment by phone and the visit was very fast. A recommended site, to renew the traffic permit.
