In terms of value for money it has a 5/5, we stayed two nights in a spacious, comfortable and modern triple room. The Hotel staff (housekeeping, reception and kitchen) were friendly at all times. I have seen a review that criticizes the state of some areas outside, such as the cobblestones on the road, which is logical since being in the Pyrenees the entire enclosure is exposed to strong weather conditions.nnIn general, the place (both the Hotel and the spa) are worth visiting, both for the services it offers and for the surrounding landscape.

It is a wonderful hotel with a beautiful environment, the mountains, the lake and the spa, all very special. I will come back whenever I can. He just hoped they would keep him and give him the treatment he deserves. For now they do not do everything that is expected.

This hotel must have been 5 stars 10 years ago, but it is not now level. The suite room suffers from a notable lack of maintenance. To top it off, the wifi does not work!

The insurmountable views, even a small gym, the failure that I found and that was very unpleasant, that in the windows of the corridor, and I did not want to keep looking, there were a pile of flies hidden in the frame and they were not exactly small, I did not know that they all met to go green or whatever they were doing, removing this fault, everything was great, good and emergency exits with obstacles once you opened the doors but you could pass. If it had not been for the views and the room that was decent I would have put a star but I appreciate the views and more in a place like this that I loved.
