Move the repair device and no news. Shameful attitude; no explanation, nothing

Two months ago we left a kitchen robot to repair and as of today we do not know anything about the repair or the robot. Every time we get in touch, the only thing they tell us is that parts are missing and they don't arrive. But we can't pick up our robot either because it's not in the store. No additional information on approximate date, reasons for the delay, reasons, etc. They don't show signs of life if we don't call the store. A disaster. When we left the device for repair, the approximate repair date was one week. We were not warned at all of what might happen.nnIf not, they cannot repair it, at least they could return us in a robot, or give additional information to assess the situation.nnIt is totally inadvisable to acquire a Moulinex product at this time, due to its logistics problems due to the pandemic.
