I put a star, for not giving half ... The guy, who does not deserve another adjective, is a real bad mannered and a scoundrel without wanting to work, the truth, I am surprised that a company like mapfre has unpresentable thus working. A pity, for my part he has already seen me on mapfre
The man in this office is an unpresentable.nnAlthough the office had to be open by the time, the door was locked. I knocked on the door to attend and from the first moment he was rude.nnHe told me that he was not going to do the procedure (change the car insurance from one car to another) because he was up to work and had changed the rules and nobody had explained it to him. He told me to go to another office, that he was not going to do the paperwork, to go to the main office on Getaria Street.
A completely deficient attention and bordering on bad education before a simple bureaucratic process (without commission) as transfer of car insurance from one vehicle to another. Very disappointing coming from a company like Mapfre, should not have agents or franchisees of this level of education and efficiency.
