I made an appointment for the mobile application to inform me about savings and nautical financing products in this branch, which was not mine, but for personal reasons this day was better and closer. The attention was good in the first section, and poor in the second, because there was a hurry to conclude. But the director Maria finally made her very poor, since she made me a comment like she had attended me for a favir, that another would send me for a walk (literally speaking) because my duty was to go to my branch. I ask you what the reason is, if at no time does the mobile application prevent you from going to the branch you want and sooo tells me that this is structured like this, without further arguments. This shows the professional size of this person, who uses a language as crude as useless. If she considers that she wastes time attending to a client that is not her own, it is her and the bank's problem, that she should do the appropriate thing so that she can only book an appointment at my branch. As this is not the case and I only want to talk to BANCO SABADELL, whoever the person is, there is nothing that prevents me from going where I consider best for my interests and denouncing such a brown treatment
