Lovely family holiday
Finally I could not travel since days I suffered a serious accident that required surgery and hospitalization.
When I contacted the company that manages the house, they told me that they could not return anything to me despite having paid the full rent, they even kept the bonus they make you pay for the final cleaning despite that logically he was not going to have to perform
Apparently according to them the reason is that the owners of the house had already received the money which I miss.
Although I wanted to know the house I would not book again since Catalana Ways has a cancellation policy that is too aggressive and since they make you pay the total amount of the house until you travel, many things can happen as unfortunately it was my case.
