House in an environment corresponding to an old dam without reconverted use in cultivation fields without any landscape or recreational interest. In building it is not suitable for people with reduced mobility: the terrace has great deformations and subsidence in the pavement. Access to the interior is done through the flight of stairs. All bedrooms are on the ground floor, without elevator.nThe owners, through several posters inform about the prohibition of placing any ornament or commemorative poster ... prohibition of opening windows ..nThe only interest is the large lounge on the ground floor, but for reasons that we do not know despite being winter the three existing radiators had removed the two radiators that were on the windowsill. So at night as the outside temperature dropped we started to get cold.

It is the second time that I go to this rural house and the opinion is very good. The owner very aware of us, good house to go with children the very large living room.

Without air conditioning, but you put it in the rental pages, the patio of the house does not have a hose but the owner passes you one of your patio and you have to call to turn it on and the boiler has little capacity. Otherwise well. Nice and quiet area.
