i was there and i like it soo much i liked everythings the administation the cleaning team the company all people whos work there , the flowers in the way up i liked how they try harder respecting all protocols prevention.nin one hand No one can deny that i was in the best hotel in (mota del cuervo)nand frome other hand i want to say gracias for everything and gracias for wasing there

the rooms in this hotel are upstairs the restaurant and you can hear absolutely all from your room. we had to call to reception twice because there were a group of children shouting downstairs in the restaurant. after we complained to reception the shouts remained almost equal.nin the morning you can clearly hear noises from the room aside younit's full of people in breakfast time and there are just two waitresses for attending customers..you have to wait at least half hour to be attended..we had to complain about it in reception and they told us that we had to wait. they said at the end we'd be attended.. very bad service.
