The client does not paint anything, unworthy waiting time, the box closes at 11 in the morning, little empathy, the arrival turn is not respected, a bank not to step on.
I have been trying to cancel some accounts for the death of my mother for almost two and a half months and it is a true ordeal, they do nothing but dizzy without solving anything, tremendously incompetent
They close the box at 11:00, no operations after that time. As....? It's like going to the fish market and only selling seafood until 12:00. With the difference that the money they have inside their box is mine, not like the seafood of the fishmonger who first buys it.
The waiting time is impressive. Two boxes open for more than 20 people waiting. You can throw yourself here all morning to do a cash operation. Outrageous.
