I put a star because they do not allow zero. This bank is dedicated to robbing its clients of commissions and fees that they should not charge.nAs they continue like this, they will run out of customers. I hope they return that money soon.

They don't solve anything, they don't even try, Ana took care of me and apart from not trying to solve the problems, she doesn't even know how to speak to a client as she should.

I find it outrageous that only people attend until 11 in the morning, they should take more care of their dealings with their clients. And I don't say it because of the staff that works there, but because of the policy of this bank.
