Visited whilst on business in Barcelona. Comfortable hotel. Super friendly staff. Rooms nice and clean. Considering the current restrictions with the virus, the hotel was very accommodating. Because restaurants are closed, we ended up relying on takeaway apps, which got a little boring however the hotel had a selection of room service food and beverages available - with many thanks to Julia for providing on a few different evenings.nnWill happily stay again when I am next in town.

We were checked-in in a room with black mold on the wall and dripping condensation on the windows, also no electric kettle and ☕ machine.nnAfter we've made a complaint, the next day, we were moved to another room without mold on the walls, but there is still is dripping condensation on the windows, so it's just a matter of time. The new room has the electric kettle and coffee machine.nnOn the plus side the bathroom and sheets are very clean. Also, the staff is nice and helpful

I booked a 5 night stay on this hotel. I was travelling with my wife and 3-year-old daughter. Although the hotel looks more business-oriented, the staff was more than happy to welcome us as a family. They were mega-nice to my daughter at all times, and overall made us feel really welcomed. Loli in the Kitchen helped us accommodate a few bits in the hotel fridge with no issues at all, and the fron desk staff was AMAZING. Always kind and with a big smile. Anna was always there for us. Great stay. The room was big and really tidy, the bed was big and comfortable and room service is outstanding. Everything was always clean. Spacious bathroom as well. I will 100% stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.

Awesome Rooms. Very helpful staff , can speak English and it is very helpful.nRooms are very clean. Breakfast was Awesome.nVery nice for business trip.nThere is very big mall beside this Hotel you will get everything you need in mall.

The rooms are spacious and clean and the daily room attendant on our floor is excellent and courteous.nThe breakfasts provided will cater for any taste and include scrambled eggs and bacon to go with your toast as well as a vast choice of cold cut meats, fruits, cereals, and baked goodies.nWould definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.
