I've been trying to talk to them for a week ... well, it's all by appointment ... there are tremendous queues and the workers are quite rude and unpleasant ...

Shameful Not only these half an hour queuing but it seems that they do not know anything. Opening an account here is the biggest mistake you can make. After 3 months to cancel an account
