I did not like the treatment received at all, the girl of oriental origin who is in front of the public, has made me feel bad why I did not know how to get some receipts that I needed online, when I asked her if she would please me She could give it to her and said that it was very expensive and that I was wasting my time, the truth is that I felt very bad, then I went to another branch that is in the bottom neighborhood and they gave me the receipts without questions or anything, and Also, very kind, the girl has explained to me how I can do it from my mobile for other occasions. Very slow. I went to this office to make an income, but the clerk did not want to take the coins (€ 200). He attended to me reluctantly. It was the first and last time I went there. I am a Sabadell client, but I am considering changing banks. I have home insurance from Sabadell (all paid). The plumbing in my apartment broke 2 days ago. We call insurance. They sent a plumber, who looked at it and took photos. Now they say they need the authorization of an expert to fix. We asked when he would come, and they will answer us that they do not know, perhaps next week. I don't have water at home, I use it, I hurt the neighbor downstairs. Today my husband called, and they told him that the insurance may not cover, because the pipe is metal and old. But when they did the insurance they didn't tell us that. They just wanted the money. And what citizen can run out of water for a week ???? And we try to speak in our Balmes office, but they DO NOT PICK UP THE F * PHONE. My husband went there, and a super rude girl tells him that only by appointment or by phone. And he answered him: if you should pick up the phone ... detail: there were some unemployed employees. And they can't serve the customer ???? When they start to lose clients, they might see where their salaries come from. So we are still upset.
