They can't be more rude, they lack the desire to help and serve the customer. My office, in another municipality, told me that if you could do the management from any other office, according to the kind person who attended to me, it was impossible to call a phone number (which I called and only supports for other issues) A WONDER OF BANCH GO
It is a shame. They don't even answer you by phone anymore. They only know how to charge commissions .... we'll see how expensive they are when they go and get everything we have with them.
It is a shame ... call them 3 months ago and they are not able to answer. And once I got it, they said they would call me ... I'm still waiting for the call from more than two weeks ago. Both Barcelona and Malaga. I do not recommend.
I have been trying to call me for 1 year since I call tlf without success, there is no way to talk to someone and despite my various requests to call me and solve my doubts ... I have no answer! The deal is pity. I feel abandoned as a lifelong customer and totally fooled by you. I do not recommend that office at all. That they close it and thus they will save money in personnel and in light.
Overbearing to have to face the public.
