If you have nothing to do at home and you want to lose 2 hours of your life, this is your office. I give it two stars because during those hours you can make new friends. Good treatment of workers who are not to blame for the organization. I recommend making an appointment.

Terrible office management, after 2 cancellations of 2 appointments, 2 complaints, 36 calls, 10 messages in the application, 3 emails, and a queue of FOUR AND A HALF HOURS of waiting, I have been able to cancel the account in the office where I opened it ( out of where I currently live) .. Ole, ole and Ole. !!nThey are lucky to have such an excellent person ...

I wish you could put less than a star on it. I ask for a debit card and they make me a credit card, thank goodness I asked for a copy of the contract and I was able to cancel it instantly when they did it to me, but then I had to go to another caixa other than to confirm that they had given it to me canceled, because I no longer trusted them. I feel disappointed and cheated. Besides that they are never able to solve anything for me when I come with doubts, questions and problems. They also never answer the phone.

Older people waiting since 9 in the morning, it's 11:15 and they still haven't given anyone an appointment. I do not have a manager to request by application and they do not respond by mail. REGRETTABLE
