Racism against white people, from 1 old worker. We are the clients of this bank and they didn’t want to talk to us because we don’t speak Spanish. BBVA is international bank and if your workers can’t use English then they shouldn’t probably work in the bank. Guys who are selling bags on the streets have a better English level and client focus skills. Lol

This morning I called to be explained how it was possible that having a balance in the account I could not pay in the shops for the products purchased. After several attempts an elderly person picked up the phone and in a very incorrect way he told me that today he had a lot of work and to go to my branch to ask. my branch is closed and so I tell him. I ask for his name and he hangs up the phone. a huge lack of education for someone who is face to the public. he does not deserve the position and not much less if you pay. If you are a bitter or burned person, you should not vomit your discomfort with clients and discredit an entity like bbva that deserves better professionals.

The only star is for the security boy who was nice. The rest of the Fatal Organization. I got there before it opened and had to wait almost 2 hours. Only one person attending. In the end, they did not even attend to me for a detail that could have been easily resolved. They close before the indicated time (I came back another day and they no longer let anyone in.) Avoid !!!!
