Walked in to 10 people line up and witnessed 3 employees just walked back in after their smoke brake!nThis bank is nonsense need to spend hour to convert currency. If you have locations all over the world I recommend you to do business like its done in Toronto, Canada!nnIn 2020 banking should be speedy and you keep your customers standing in line for half hour and another half hour to see your office stuff.
Nonsense staff of this bank they even don't know how to talk with others
I can understand that there are many people with the current situation and you have to wait a long time, but I do not understand that they lie to my face and waste my time
Very good attention from the staff, seriousness and professionalism, especially my manager Nuria Bastons, excellent treatment received. Very happy with the La Caixa office.
