I do not recommend this agency at all! avoid at all costs hiring or renting or leasing with this agency, unless you like it and you love the apartment.nThey draw up leonine and unintelligible contracts, with conditions that always benefit the property and the agency itself, they ask for exorbitant bonds and worse, when you leave the house, any excuse is valid to retain part of the bond, this has been my experience and for Much that I have tried to make them understand and negotiate with them that they were not right in withholding part of the bond given, they have not wanted to return that amount.nThey also require you to place deceptive advertising posters on the balconies of rented homes to advertise them for free, and that passersby who pass by on the street call your phone number even knowing that the house is already rented, and if you do not accept they will charge you a penalty for not displaying the sign.
