Making appointment for 9.45, Friday the 27th.nWhen they arrive they tell me that they take my note and they will ask me for documentation by mail, because it is the end of the month and they cannot attend me. I tell them to block appointments, but I have left my work for this appointment and their burden of work is not my problem. They reluctantly listen to me about what I need and I leave.nOf a lifetime, an appointment is kept. If not, agenda is blocked. Maximum with two people in the office and one at the checkout (both without physical clients.nVERY disappointed with the deal and the loss of time (if I had wanted a telephone appointment, I would have already requested it without moving).

The guy who works there is very nice but it is impossible to contact them by phone, the cashier does not accept income.

IT IS SHAMEFUL! A PENOUS ATTENTION IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK WITH THEM YOU SEND EMAILS AND THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEY WILL MAKE YOU CHARGES ON YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT EXPLANATIONS AND IF YOU TRY TO REQUEST THEM THEY WILL HANG UP THE PHONE GANG OF SCAMMERS !!!! Let no one trust
