I’ve had some surreal experiences there. Of those that make you look at the ceiling wondering where the camera should be.nI never imagined how incompetent and arrogant some bank employees can become.nToday we canceled the account we had there. By the way, for once I have been attended to quickly and efficiently, go where! They must be happy to lose the clientele!
The treatment of clients by the professionals in this office is terrible. Zero empathy with customers. Zero respect for customers' time. Zero willingness to solve customer problems or issues. My rating is a Zero stars, I put 1 because it is the minimum I can put, because they have no interest in the customer.
Nefarious service. The lady who is in the most rude entrance cannot be. I hope and wish that they change her place where she is not in contact with people.
The treatment they have with clients and the lack of professionalism that the employees have is a shame.
