The worst Banco Sabadell branch by far. Every three by four new employees and that unfortunately for the client do not report correctly. No wonder he dates a long time, when some employees are more out of the office smoking than indoors working.
We had a bank account with them and they changed the conditions without notifying us in writing, as the law says. The last straw was when we had to go to another office on the Rambla to have the problem solved for us since our advisor did not want to look at it. Of course, he was more time smoking outside and in the cafeteria next door than inside the office serving customers.
My manager has solved all kinds of doubts and explains things to you without hair on the tongue.nGrateful.
