We called before approaching the premises and it did not take us more than 30 minutes. When we arrived, the person who attended us and told us that if he could attend us, he was not there, the manager had no idea if he returned and in the end they did not have the material and it could not be done in the time we needed. It would have been more elegant to have said that they were on vacation and were not in the possibility of attending us.
