The quality of the genre is extraordinary and we have no complaints about it.nHowever, my score is low due to the treatment received by the manager of the store.nIn a first contact the treatment was very good and he advised us very kindly. He gave us a delivery deadline and told us that due to Covid it could vary between 30 or 40 days maximum.nTwo months passed and we had no news, we called and they gave us a delivery day.nThat day passed and not only did they not deliver it to us but they did not even call us.nWe decided to go to the establishment and speak directly with her.nTo our surprise, he did not give us an apology but he did tell us a series of excuses that made no sense and were simple pretexts to cover up a situation as simple as that our municipality was not in accordance with its most common routes and also admitted that One of the products had been available for quite some time but they decided, without even telling us to wait, to postpone the shipment until it was convenient for them to send it to our destination. All because they only had a few assemblers who worked for them one day a week.nWe consider that within the price of the product the corresponding postage is being paid, therefore, this procedure when making deliveries for the convenience of the establishment, without the approval and knowledge of the client (since we were not informed of this at the time of purchase) is inadmissible.nJust as inadmissible that we finally get a specific time in the delivery (first hour since we had to work) is breached again, we called the person in charge several times and we were not even answered or our calls were not returned without worry about whether there was a problem in the delivery or defect in the product that we wanted to communicate.nWe think it is a store with an excellent quality-price ratio, but professionalism is conspicuous by its absence.nnIn response to your comment:nMainly we understand perfectly IN THE GLOBAL SITUATION IN WHICH WE LIVE, for this reason we patiently waited much more than the deadline that was given to us.nWe are not insistent customers nor were we constantly calling as you seem to imply in your answer.nYou passed the deadlines in MORE than a month and the only thing we asked for was information, a right that as clients we have. In fact I have exposed the positive things as well as the negative things in the same way, something that seems you have not been able to appreciate in my review.nWorking with the public is not only about selling well and good products, it also means accepting constructive criticism, making mistakes, having empathy with the customer and giving the best deal in the face of customer dissatisfaction.
