A few years ago we bought about 400 meter square of tiles , all bathroom , toilet - and kitchen – furniture for our house in Spain in your shop . A few months ago we asked friendly price and delivery – terms for a few meter square more of the same tiles . First we tried to get this information in English but we know a second language is already a big problem in Porcelanosa , so after 3 attempts we tried again in understandable school - Spanish , again without any answer . After getting nothing we tried it the same way in the head company , again without any answer .nSo the only possibility was to buy these Porcelanosa tiles in our own country , Belgium , incredible . In Belgium we got immediately price and after 2 weeks we had out tiles ( tiles , sent from Spain to Belgium ??? ) , we only had to sent them again to Spain …..

Really bad customer service- We bought our kitchen from them 3 years ago and we are still waiting for them to come and sort out the mess they made!

As soon as you enter, the feeling that it has given to my partner and me is of being a quite spacious place, an important characteristic for the times we are in.nIn addition, without us asking, a woman has come to receive us offering help and advice for our needs (very nice and friendly, by the way!)nThey are a company with quite reasonable prices for the quality and exclusivity that is given (as the woman has explained to us well), as well as the materials, technologies, advances and possibilities that they offer.nWe are left wanting to go back and look in more detail at what we have yet to see (if possible with Belén)

I went to alicer this morning for the reform of 2 bathrooms, close treatment and very good attention. Prices are quite expensive but quality is paid.

I went to Porcelanosa after a lousy and lousy service and installation of a Gibeller kitchen, the store next door and they have changed the broken modules for gibeller and they have left me quite wellnCorrect service and company would be why they have so many stores around the world in many countries and cities such as London or New York, it is a very serious company that in 40 years has become very great for its good service and I have never heard them say that take 40 years.nNot like in gibeller that you tell them that they have done it wrong and they answer you 95 years, 95 years only know how to say that word. 95 years of not giving a stick to the water. that's why the rest of companies grow faster andnVERY HAPPY WITH PORCELANOSA, THEY ARE SERIOUS AND CORRECT
