A very bad experience. After buying a sofa in less than 2 years, the TV has broken and when you go to get it fixed because it is under warranty, they tell you that since it is liquidated, it has no guarantee. When you ask them to tell you where on the bill it puts that they tell you that it is presupposed because it is cheaper. The law does not say that and when I ask them to tell me a law that says that it is not covered, they give you lengths. Terrible service and of course if they don't solve it, the relevant consumer complaint will go

All the times we have gone to buy furniture we have been well attended; especially the latter that we have had to choose to furnish the apartment after the reform, Ms. Inma has been very involved in looking for a bedroom that we had seen on the internet, discovering the factory that does it. Disastrous!! Excuses for everything, I bought a bed, bunk took longer than I should have, then when it came, I dismounted mine and they set that up but it. Top was missing a piece and was left unmounted .. 4 months my son has been unable to use his bed. Hou come to put the piece but the upholstered bed frame has not yet arrived ... I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO BUY! I plan to put a jewel of claim, a shame the damage to the customer .. And if you do not call and insist they pass you by.
