One afternoon, at 5:59 p.m., from one of its three ATMs, I withdraw money from one of my accounts. After this operation, I prepare to deposit the same money in another account, when that ATM indicates that it is no longer possible to use that device. I then go to another ATM, which at 18:01 h. he accepts the deposit, but what a surprise when he informs me that a € 50 bill is presumably false and that the bank is obliged to retain it according to current legal regulations. I wonder: if that € 50 bill is really false or defective, who will be harmed: the bank or the customer? Since Banco Sabadell says that it works daily to improve its services to customers, why not only use ATMs that detect false / defective bills when withdrawing and / or depositing money? Now I know that my experience is not an isolated case and that it also occurs in other banking entities.nThis way of proceeding is unacceptable for a bank.

Today we have had a very negative experience in this branch, the fact is that if this had happened in another type of business the RRSS would have fumed.nThe lady who is sitting at a table (Rafaela) has treated my mother in a very unsympathetic and assertive way, who was going to ask a topic about my grandfather who died 2 weeks ago.nMrs. Rafaela, you work with the public even if you don't like to do it, seen in your ways this morning, they should, apart from teaching you how to sell products, give you a course on customer treatment (if you have done it, I imagine you did not attend much) .nSince he works for a very large entity, he will absolutely not care if we go to another entity, but we will explain it to him when they call us to ask why we take our money.

I have found the best bank manager in this office. Mr. J.P. He has never tried to sell me any product, quite the opposite ... he has answered my requests with the utmost agility and rigor. In my years working with banks I never found such a professional agent

Unpresentable. Friendly staff, but 45 minutes to make an income, while a customer spends 30 minutes in the box configuring the mobile application. Uns single box and more than 10 people waiting. As empkeada for many years in a similar position, UNACCEPTABLE. I will not come back.
