The Attention to detail, The Welcome, is what one would expect from a 5 star plus establishment, to have this and more from a stay in a beautiful Boutique Apartment whas the Icing on the cake for our stay in Guadalest. The Appartment (a great addition to the Cases Noves Hotel) was extremely comfortable, every need was catered for and to be honest we had the best nights sleep we have had since living in Spain.nThe Cases Noves, lovingly ran by Toni and Sofi is the No1 place in Guadalest to dine.nBreakfast: A delicious plate of locally sourced fruits, beautifully presented to start the taste buds flowing, a yoghurt, a fruit coulis and a Pastry were the start of the meal. Locally sourced cheeses and Cold meats, Scramble Eggs and Bacon Toast and Home made Jams to follow. Both my friend and I did not need to have Lunch which left us more time to explore during the day.nDinner: A choice of Menus is available, Sofi the chef sources her ingredients daily for the Menu of the Day and produces a meal that can be described as a fine dining experience.nTo explore the Beauty of Guadalest this has to be the Start and End point.nI have no doubt that we shall return.nIf you plan to visit, do book early as this Gem will never be empty.nnShow less

Great hospitality, fantastic food and attention to the little things made this stay a memorable one. Sofi and Toni are great hosts. We stayed a couple of nights in one of their apartments and we cannot think of anything negative or that needs attention. Highly recommend their establishment.

Our second visit to Cases Noves for very good reasons! Toni was very friendly during our stay, nothing is too much trouble. Excellent breakfast, with different local food every day, prepared by Sofi. The apartment is very cozy and comfortable - perfect for our few days off at Christmas. Guadalest is such a beautiful little town, with incredible views of the mountains and excellent walks. I felt so relaxed and refreshed. I recommend Guadalest and Cases Noves 100 percent. Thanks for everything Toni and Sofi!
