Very happy with HABITOL, in my case I called in relation to an apartment for rent, Alfonso, a very nice and professional guy, attended to me, we arranged to visit the apartment, and the truth is that as soon as I entered the apartment the first thing that caught my attention It was the cleaning, the apartment was phenomenal as I saw in the photos no, better still, because before I went to see it they painted it for me and I did not hesitate, and I told Alfonso that I wanted the apartment, they guarantee a safe operation They take care of all the procedures for electricity, water, etc., and make sure that before you enter, the apartment is in perfect condition, totally recommended.

In my case, my relationship with Habitol is based on buying a home and, honestly, I couldn't be happier that I chose them. Enrique took care of everything and, practically, it has been almost a custom project. Helping us with all the doubts and all the possible steps (even some beyond their own responsibility), to ensure that the experience has been perfect. On the other hand, the quality of the house is very high and the transparency with which everything has been managed helps when it comes to a matter as important as the purchase of a home. Once the time has passed, I can say that if I went back, I would choose them again for the purchase of the house. Truly happy with them.

I will talk about Habitol and even better about Enrique, who is the person who took charge of the entire process, a person who from the first moment went out of his way to make our project unique, practically tailored to us. The house that we have bought is of new construction, of a plant, without any step, not even the typical one to enter through the front door. We have been living for two months now and it has far exceeded the great expectations we had for it. Very good qualities in absolutely all materials (doors, windows, floor, taps, boiler, garage door, cabinets ...) and all the professionals who participated were of quality, I think we met everyone and I would have chosen them for my own reason . In fact, some of the improvements we made, we stayed with the professionals that the builder had and it was a success. The delivery was on time and we are going through the Covid 19 pandemic. They let us make the modifications we wanted respecting the main structures. Everything was perfect at the time of delivery, clean, we did not have to do the general cleaning of rigor, a regular cleaning was enough. We received recommendations and they suggested improvements without giving us any problems. 100% recommendable.

The treatment is very close and professional, Alfonso is a professional, I have been entrusting him with the rent of my property for years and you can always count on him for any issue, it is not like other agencies that take the commission and do not remember the client anymore, you I highly recommend trusting them.
