People not qualified in the service. Among all of the office, none knew how to manage the payment of a receipt.
If you don't want to waste time, it's better to go to another office.
The attention leaves a lot to be desired, you have to come back two or three times to do an administration, long ago there were much more competent people
I put two stars because I do not think that all employees are equal, but ask for information on a mortgage loan, not giving you just information and then without knowing that you are still in the bank laughing at you.
There are some incompetent people inside the office.
