Long waiting
It is a bank that goes backwards. The staff is not very friendly and the office does not seem neat. They should make a change to the facilities. ATMs look dirty and are not pleasant to use. I will certainly not be a customer of this bank. It does not build trust.
Hi, I went to the ATM and it didn't work
Poor attention, do not solve things at the time. They tell you and call you then do not.
Today I tried to deposit € 780 and my cashier has confirmed and gave me € 80! Luckily I realized since that money had been lost, his answer was that he would call me! At 2 o'clock of course it is two thirty and nothing .... The workers are incompetent and do not know how to do a simple management! You are there for a whole morning for any questions since they don't even know what they are doing and they are also distracted by each other.
