I give it 3 stars because the (initial) furniture assembly experience was fair / bad. One of the 2 boys who came to assemble the furniture, broke part of the furniture and in turn, other acquired furniture was not installed properly, because there were missing pieces to fix that were not even fitted ... After that initial bad experience, I must say that Alberto took care of the management so that the parts to be replaced were reinstalled as soon as possible. I thank the boy who came later to "make an arrangement" in the furniture so that we could use it, until the new piece arrived and changed it. On both occasions he was up to the task, professionally and willing to do a good job, Thank you Nico.
