In these conditions we find our Picó furniture bought 20 years ago. Its deterioration increases every day and we begin to appreciate it from the third year. We have contacted the company several times but «Muebles Picó» is not responsible for the serious problem of veiling our furniture. We are very unhappy with the quality of the product and the response and treatment received by the brand. The technical response of Pico furniture was that it put us in contact with its restorer without assuming costs for its part, the dismantling, repair and assembly of the furniture we paid for everything we did. Great technical solution offered by Pico furniture. Pico should know that the veiling of a piece of wood is produced by a varnish or a drying of this defective, which causes that with the passage of time leave white spots on the wood. These furniture share the same room with other wooden furniture purchased on the same dates, and therefore are in the same environmental conditions, lighting, humidity, temperature etc. , and the only ones that present veiled are those of Pico. We also regret having entrusted the manufacture of our furniture to Pico. Who varnished the furniture was Pico and who shows a lack of category and responsibility is Pico.
