My mattress is fabulous memory foam

I was looking for more than a month for a memory foam mattress, I found many offers with different prices and quality. In the end, I opted for this company because I liked reading its commitment to research, innovation and sleep quality. Buy an evolution bamboo mattress, because it is reversible and with a different interior content than all the mattresses I saw online. I went to the factory, they received me very kindly, I was able to try the chosen mattress and do not hesitate to buy. I received it 4 days later and the truth is that it rests extremely well.

We bought a baby-bed mattress with a crib and accessories at the baby show in Madrid and we have no complaints about it because it is a quality product. What they do have to improve and a lot is the management they make of the products, the stock and the orders. It is not normal to receive the mattress before the baby was born we had to call up to 4 times because they always told us that it was going to be sent that week and it never was (since it was supposed to arrive until the mattress arrived) 2 or 3 weeks passed). It is not normal that the baby was born at the end of December and we received in early January the crib and in mid-January the extra covers we ordered when we clearly specified in the order that we needed it in mid-December because there was a risk of premature delivery . Luckily we had everything planned and we managed to make do with what we had because, instead of this review, we would have taken other more serious actions.

My experience could not be better, they are a great brand and with people it would really be, in my case I bought a babykepper crib mattress from another distributor and they had me waiting, calling and giving up to 20 days when 3l.as long as 3l. , when canceling I decided to try with viscoconfort, call to make sure and from the first person who attended me gave me security, made sure they had in stock the product and even assured me priority for the problem that dragged from the lost time, that same afternoon They already contacted me to tell me that my order was ready to send and that in two days I would receive my package, more than a few gifts. Happy not satisfied, they are people committed to their work. Thanks for everything.
