Very good service and beautiful sofa

I went several times to look at sofas since I couldn't make up my mind. Each time different staff attended me and gave me different versions of the same sofas. For example, one of the exhibition told me that it had been 6 months and another person on another visit 1 month later that he wanted to sell it to me told me that it had been two weeks of exposure, etc. Ignoring the sales techniques that left to be desired, in the end I decided on a sofa because some acquaintances months before had bought it and it did not seem bad. They were offered free cushions along with the sofa and I did not even mention it, the sofa being more expensive because I added an extra. When I claim them for the second time they accept and just the week before bringing the sofa I remind them of it and they had not done it nor had any intention, in the end they reluctantly made me some with a different fabric. The sofa is brought and installed, ok. When you take out the seats to make the sofa bigger, you can clearly see a difference in height between the edge and the inside of the seat, which means that when you sit or lie down you stay embedded in the bottom where it has almost no padding since it comes out too much the seats. This does not happen with the reference sofa of the known being the same model. In addition, the extra of placing visco (90 euros) is not appreciated in the sitting and if you see the naked sofa it does not seem to me that they have implemented it. Total disappointment of purchase that I know that in a while I will get fed up and change my product in another company.

The prices are the most competent. I have been treated wonderfully. Also the speed has been incredible. I went last week and I already have it at home. Amazing!!
