I have bought 2 sofas, they took more than two weeks to deliver and finally they got the wrong color. They don't answer me, they kept calling ... And they don't answer. Now I have 2 sofas that arrived bad and late. I hope this means if you read it and can respond. I understand that it is a sporadic case and they will solve it. Today I have received the sofas and the quality is very good. The issue has been fixed. Finally, the guarantee proposal has been fulfilled in my case with outstanding.

After two attempts with other companies that I will say around here (single sale and sklum), in which one m served the sofa badly after waiting and they behaved fatally and in the second in 5 months they gave me installments of the sofa without ever bringing it to me , I found Sofanea already desperate and I am so happy that I am glad that everything went wrong with the other shops, because both the treatment and the wait, the assembly service and most importantly, how precious the sofa is, have been worth it with profit . Very, very recommended!!!! If you need a sofa, this really is the ideal place.
