I bought a mattress in the Gandía store. Raúl took great care of us, very friendly and explaining everything perfectly. By mistake they sent a different measurement of the mattress from the factory. As we could not wait for the mattress to arrive with the correct size, we contacted Raúl. He handled the wrong mattress collection and refund very quickly and impeccably. A pity that we could not wait for the arrival of another mattress, since the after-sales service and the resolution of the error has been managed very well and denotes a great professionalism on the part of the clerk.
