I bought a new mattress from the Relax house in this store and after a few months it sank. It took 3 MONTHS to change it for a new mattress, after going round and round. Unacceptable that they think that 3 months is a reasonable time while they could not even sleep on that mattress. They responded to the case when I ended up putting a consumer claim sheet after going to the store to complain three times. At no time did the boss call me in those 3 months to apologize or explain the situation so his face should be ashamed. The employees of the store were the only ones who stood up as far as possible, although they could do nothing more than be mere intermediaries. The Relax factory in Zaragoza was in charge of changing the mattress at the end. The salesperson in charge of reviewing my case and coming to my house was a very very unprofessional person in his work and with an incredible lack of organization. If you do not want to have the same experience as me, do not buy anything at Konfort Sueños and any product from Relax.
