Terrible customer service. People without blood in their veins and most importantly, without the desire to work (personal experience that I have had with 3 different workers from the entity). The strike is full of competent people who could replace the workers at this bank, making the customer experience that much better. In this way, this office would avoid the embarrassment of an average 2-star rating.

In my opinion they are scoundrels, after living the situation we are in, without communicating anything, they charge me since February 6 € for the credit card expense and for more inri, I call my personal manager in the April and he tells me that the conditions of the card have changed and that I have to spend the card twice a month so that the cost is free. Well, in April I spend it both times they have communicated to me and you know what happened to me that on day 1 they charged me for the cost I made with my credit card and on day 5 I paid 6 € again. of the card. Imagine € 6 and all the customers who have done the same to me. They have made the year. SCARVES

Customer service is very poor, not because of the staff who work but because of the hours and forms of work imposed by the Bankia Management. The month of August closes the whole month. There are always queues since there are limited hours of attention to the public at the cash desk. Information paper hung at the entrance entrance, THOSE WHO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT WILL BE ATTENDED FIRST. This already looks like an ambulatory.
